This plan is not dental insurance. The 15% restorative discount applies to fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and selected restorative procedures only and cannot be combined with insurance or any other offer. Discount does not apply to dental implants, clear aligner therapy (e.g. Invisalign), cosmetic-only procedures, veneers, orthodontics, or specialty referrals. Plan runs for 12 months from enrollment date. Unused benefits do not carry over. Fee is non-refundable after services have been rendered. Services are provided at the discretion of the treating dentist based on clinical need. Higher Standards Dental Studio reserves the right to modify plan terms with reasonable notice.
Designed for patients managing periodontal disease. Three specialized maintenance visits per year, including subgingival irrigation at each visit — clinically proven to enhance outcomes as an adjunct to periodontal therapy.
