Discount does not apply to dental implants, clear aligner therapy (e.g. Invisalign), cosmetic-only procedures, veneers, orthodontics, or specialty referrals. Plan runs for 12 months from enrollment date. Unused benefits do not carry over. Fee is non-refundable after services have been rendered. Services are provided at the discretion of the treating dentist based on clinical need. Higher Standards Dental Studio reserves the right to modify plan terms with reasonable notice.
Designed for patients managing gum disease after periodontal treatment in Decatur. The plan includes three periodontal maintenance visits per year, with subgingival irrigation at each visit.

The membership discount does not cover every service, such as implants or clear aligners. Uninsured patients can also use third-party financing through CareCredit and Cherry to split costs into monthly payments.
