Meet Dr. Rickin Vibhakar

Higher Standards Dental Studio was built on the belief that most people avoid the dentist not because they don’t care about their health, but because they’ve never felt truly comfortable in a dental chair. Dr. Rickin Vibhakar (“Dr. V”) set out to change that. After more than a decade of practicing dentistry in New York City, he brought that experience to Decatur Square with one goal: to raise the standard for what a dental visit should feel like. At Higher Standards, you can expect:

Outside the office, Dr. V enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, basketball, and live music. He lives in Decatur with his wife and two young boys.

Dr. Vibhakar doesn’t want to be known just for drilling and filling — he wants to get to the why. Why are cavities forming? Why is the bite wearing down? Why is the patient waking up exhausted?
